Well, amazingly enough I had two hard disks(there are only two) go bad in the server. It is up right now out of sheer luck. The current drive has a bad sector that is causing the RAID not to rebuild to the new, good drive. I'm currently working this issue manually and hope to have the new drive as the primary tonight. Another replacement drive on order for the RAID to keep things up. Time to double the surge protection apparently.
